These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://blackoptixswfl.com) and the purchase of our automotive restyling and protection services. By accessing our site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Services and Quotes
Tarpon Tinting Fort Myers LLC, DBA Black Optix Tint provides professional window tinting (automotive, residential, commercial), vinyl wraps, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, and detailing.
- Estimates: All quotes provided online or via SMS are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is subject to physical vehicle inspection and film selection.
- Condition of Property: Customers are responsible for notifying us of any pre-existing damage (paint chips, cracked glass, etc.) before service begins.
2. Mobile Messaging & SMS
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website or in-person forms, you agree to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages from Black Optix Tint.
- Purpose: Messages include appointment reminders, service updates, and occasional promotional offers.
- Opt-In: Consent is obtained via web forms or written agreement. Providing your number constitutes an agreement to receive automated messages
- Opt-Out (STOP): You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation text.
- Support (HELP): Reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly at (239) 666-1541.
- Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and requests. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
- Privacy: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

- Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Warranties and Claims
We stand behind our “American Made” products with industry-leading warranties:
- Window Tint: Lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, or fading (color change)
- Vinyl Wraps: Limited manufacturer warranty (3M/Avery Dennison) and installation guarantee.
- PPF: Manufacturer-backed warranty for 7–10 years (product dependent).
- Ceramic Coating: Multi-year protection registered with CarFax.
- Exclusions: Warranties do not cover physical damage (scratches, accidents), neglect, or the use of improper cleaning chemicals (e.g., ammonia-based cleaners on tint).
4. Appointments and Cancellations
- Deposits: A deposit may be required for high-value services such as full vehicle wraps or ceramic coatings.
- Cancellation Policy: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits may be non-refundable if notice is not provided within this window.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tarpon Tinting Fort Myers LLC, DBA Black Optix Tint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. While we use the highest-grade American-made materials, the “self-healing” or “hydrophobic” properties of films and coatings are subject to proper maintenance by the vehicle owner.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Lee County, Florida.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
