Premier Tint Company in Fort Myers, Florida — We’re Your People for Tint, Wraps & More
Welcome, we’re Chase and Madison, and we opened Black Optix Tint right here in Fort Myers because we believed Southwest Florida deserved a tint and wrap shop that actually takes the time to get to know you. We are not a place that grabs your keys and calls you when the vehicle is done. We’ve created a business where you walk in and feel like family. We’ve trained a team who asks the right questions, listens to the answers, and doesn’t rest until we’ve checked every single box.
That’s exactly what we’ve built. We’re a business that believes in individualized service, and that shows up in everything we do, from the first phone call to the moment we hand your vehicle back to you. Whether you’re driving over from Cape Coral, coming down from Estero, heading up from Bonita Springs, or right here in Fort Myers, you’re going to get the same thing: a personalized experience, a certified team, and results you’ll want to show off.
“I want clients and customers to feel like they’re walking into a family business. I want them to feel like they’re a part of our family. We want every customer that comes through the doors to feel truly welcomed.” states Chase Brzeczek, Co-Owner.
We’re a one-stop shop for vehicle restyling, paint protection, and brand expression. Auto tinting, commercial and residential window film, ceramic coatings, color change wraps, business branding wraps, paint protection film, car and marine audio, and automotive restyling. We do it all, and we do it right.
Let us show you what that looks like.
American Made Product & Industry Leading Warranties
Auto Window Tinting — Done the Way It Should Be Done, EVERYTIME.
When it comes to automotive window tinting, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Before we ever touch your car, we’re going to ask you questions. What are you hoping to get out of your tint? What’s your budget? What are you driving? How do you feel about visibility at night?
We use U.S.-manufactured window film, made right in North Carolina, and we offer a lifetime warranty on every tint installation. If you ever see bubbling or any kind of defect, you bring it back and we make it right, no questions asked.
Our window tinting reduces heat, blocks UV rays, increases privacy, and makes your ride look sharp. Whether you want a light tint to take the edge off the Fort Myers sun or you want to go darker for maximum heat rejection, we’re going to put you in the film that actually fits your life. Every tint we do in this shop, whether it’s a sedan, a truck, an SUV, or something a little more exotic, gets our full attention.
Our Services
Ceramic Coating — Long-Term Protection That Looks Incredible
A ceramic coating is one of the best things you can do for your vehicle’s finish, and we don’t take that lightly. We are System X certified, which means we’ve invested in the education and credentials to install ceramic coatings at the highest level of quality. Chase is personally certified through System X and has certified the rest of our team as well.
Ceramic coating bonds to your vehicle’s paint to create a hydrophobic, UV-resistant, scratch-resistant surface that keeps your car looking brilliant and makes it significantly easier to maintain. If you’re investing in a vehicle wrap, we strongly recommend adding a ceramic coating on top of it. It extends the life of your wrap, keeps the colors vibrant, and makes washing a breeze.
And ceramic coating isn’t just for vehicles. It can protect outdoor furniture, marine surfaces, and just about anything else that takes a beating from the elements. If you’re not sure whether ceramic coating makes sense for your situation, give us a call. We’re happy to talk you through it.
Commercial Window Tinting — Keep Your Building Cool and Your Costs Down
If you’ve got a commercial building in the area, you already know what the Florida sun can do to your energy bill. We work with business owners throughout Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, and Estero, and commercial window tinting is one of the smartest investments you can make for your property.
We install high-performance solar window film on storefronts, office buildings, and retail spaces, reducing heat gain, protecting interiors from UV damage, and improving the comfort of everyone inside. We’ll come assess your space, walk you through your options, and make sure the film we install makes sense for your building, your brand, and your budget. Just like with every client we work with, we’re not here to upsell you. We’re here to find the right solution.
Residential Window Tinting — Make Your Home More Comfortable
Your home should be your sanctuary, and residential window tinting can make a serious difference in how comfortable and private that sanctuary feels. We install residential window film for homeowners throughout the region, and some of our favorite projects have been right here in Cape Coral and Fort Myers, where the afternoon sun comes through the west-facing windows and turns a living room into a furnace.
Window film blocks UV rays, reduces heat transfer, protects your furniture and flooring from fading, and gives you more privacy without sacrificing natural light. It’s one of those upgrades that you wonder how you lived without once it’s done. We’ll walk you through the options, show you how the film performs in real conditions, and install it with the same care and precision we bring to everything.
Color Change Car Wraps — Make Your Vehicle Turn Heads
“There is nothing quite like the moment of a color change wrap reveal,”says Co-Owner, and graphic designer Madison. “We’ve had whole families drive over from Cape Coral just to be there for it. We’ve had clients give us a hug right there in the parking lot. That reaction, that genuine excitement, is honestly one of our favorite parts of this job.”
We use 3M and Avery Dennison premium wrap films, printed with latex ink and finished with a UV laminate to stand up to the relentless Southwest Florida sun. We use a semi-permanent adhesive on all our wraps because we want you to be able to remove the wrap cleanly when you’re ready, whether that’s because you’re selling the vehicle, rebranding, or just ready for a new look.
“We’ve personally been with industry titans in this field. Both of our wrap installers have gone through training at 3M. We are the only wrap shop in Southwest Florida that has the 3M preferred color change wrap installer certification. There are only nine of them in the state and we have one of them,” says Chase Brzeczek, Co-Owner.
Every color change wrap we do is a custom, personalized job. We’re not copying and pasting one design from one customer to the next. Our in-house graphic designer, Co-Owner Madison works with clients to make sure their vehicle wrap is exactly what they want for their vehicle.
Business Branding & Marketing Vehicle Wraps — Put Your Brand on the Road
Your vehicle is one of the most powerful marketing tools you own as a small business owner. A professionally designed, expertly installed fleet wrap or business branding wrap turns drive time into a marketing opportunity. Every time your truck rolls through Estero, your van parks in Cape Coral, or your crew pulls up to a job site in Fort Myers, people are seeing your brand.
Our in-house designer, Madison, works directly with you through every step of the design process. The design fee covers your initial options plus three full rounds of revisions. Once your design is finalized, you own those files. No holding them hostage. And we keep everything on file for easy reprints and future projects.
“I love waking up every morning and getting to be creative. Seeing this wrap be born from that initial five-minute phone call, all the way to the client picking the vehicle up and the excitement of the big reveal out in front of the shop. It’s a pretty awesome feeling,” says Madison Stambaugh, Co-Owner.
We also offer vinyl signage, banners, backdrops, step-and-repeats, business cards, and branded apparel. Think of us as your brand’s visual home base. If you need your business to stand out on the road, on your building, or at your next event, we can make that happen.
Paint Protection Film — Invisible Armor for Your Paint
Paint protection film (PPF) is the clearest way to protect your vehicle’s factory finish from the daily hazards of the road like rock chips, scratches, road debris, and bug splatter. PPF is virtually invisible, incredibly durable, and one of the smartest investments a vehicle owner can make.
Whether you want full-body coverage or strategic protection on the high-impact areas like your hood, bumper, fenders, and mirrors, we’ll help you figure out what level of coverage makes sense for how you drive and what you want to protect. The roads around Fort Myers and Cape Coral aren’t always kind to a fresh paint job, and PPF is the best defense we know of.
We install PPF with the same precision and care we bring to every wrap and tint in this shop.
Car & Marine Audio — Sound as Good as You Look
A great-looking vehicle deserves a great-sounding audio system. We offer car and marine audio installation for clients throughout Southwest Florida, from premium speaker systems and subwoofers to full custom audio builds for boats and watercraft. Whether you’re cruising down US-41, heading out on the water from Cape Coral, or building out a show car, we’ll help you put together a system that delivers exactly what you’re after.
Automotive Restyling — The Full Picture
Sometimes one upgrade leads to another, and we love when that happens. Automotive restyling is what we do when we pull together everything in our toolkit: window tint, ceramic coating, wrap, PPF, audio, and more. We help you see your vehicle not just as what it is, but what it could be, and then we make it happen.
Clients from Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, and Estero have trusted us to help them transform their vehicles from the inside out. We’d love to help you do the same.
“We don’t want you to just feel like another number,” says Madison Stambaugh, Co-Owner. “It is going to be a personalized experience with us. We do care about our customers and the product that they’re getting.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What window tint film do you use, and does it come with a warranty?
We use U.S.-manufactured window film, made right in North Carolina, and we carry it for automotive, residential, and commercial installations. Every tint we install comes with a lifetime warranty. If you ever notice bubbling or any kind of defect, just bring your vehicle back and we’ll take care of it, no questions asked. The only things that void the warranty are rolling your windows down too soon after installation or physically gouging the film.
How is your window tinting process different from other shops?
We take the time to ask you the right questions before we ever recommend a film. Our sales manager Anthony will want to know what you’re driving, what your goals are, what your budget looks like, and how you feel about visibility at night. We’re not going to just throw prices at you. We want to put you in the tint that’s actually going to work best for your vehicle and your lifestyle.
What is the darkest legal window tint for cars and trucks in Florida?
In Florida, the darkest legal tint for sedans is 28% VLT (Visible Light Transmission) on front side windows and 15% VLT on rear windows.
Is ceramic window tint worth the investment for the Southwest Florida heat?
Yes, ceramic window tint is the most effective solution for the extreme heat in Fort Myers and Naples, as it blocks up to 99% of UV rays and significantly higher Infrared Heat (IR) than standard carbon films. At Black Optix Tint, our ceramic options keep your vehicle’s interior cooler and protect your dashboard from cracking under the Florida sun.
How long do I have to wait to roll down my windows after getting them tinted?
You should wait at least 3 to 5 days before rolling down your windows to allow the adhesive to fully cure.
How long does a full window tinting service take at Black Optix Tint in Fort Myers?
A professional full-vehicle tint for a car or truck typically takes between 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the vehicle size and film type. Black Optix Tint offers comfortable waiting areas and same-day appointments for customers in Cape Coral, Estero, and Bonita Springs and surrounding areas.
Does Black Optix Tint provide a warranty for bubbling or peeling window film?
Yes, Black Optix Tint offers an industry-leading lifetime warranty that covers bubbling, peeling, and color fading for as long as you own the vehicle.
Will window tint interfere with my car’s GPS, 5G signal, or Tesla Autopilot?
No, provided you choose Ceramic or Nano-Ceramic film. Unlike older “metallic” tints that can block radio waves, our advanced ceramic films at Black Optix are 100% signal-friendly. They ensure your 5G connectivity, GPS navigation, and Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) like lane-keep assist and emergency braking function with zero interference.
Does factory "privacy glass" on SUVs and trucks block heat and UV rays?
No, factory privacy glass is primarily a dark pigment inside the glass for privacy, offering almost no protection against Infrared (IR) heat or UV radiation. To truly cool your vehicle, we recommend adding a layer of clear or light-shaded Ceramic Tint over the factory glass. This provides the 99% UV protection and 90% heat rejection that standard factory glass lacks.
Can I tint my windshield legally in Florida to reduce dashboard heat?
According to Florida Statute § 316.2952, you can apply a non-reflective tint above the manufacturer’s AS-1 line (the top few inches). However, many SWFL drivers now opt for a Clear Ceramic Air-80 film for the entire windshield. This film is virtually invisible, keeping you within legal visibility standards while blocking a massive amount of solar heat and protecting your interior from the intense Florida sun.
Do you offer ceramic coating, and what does it protect against?
We do, and we’re really proud of this service. We’re certified through System X, which is our ceramic coating supplier. Ceramic coating creates a hydrophobic, UV-resistant, scratch-resistant layer over your vehicle’s paint or wrap. It keeps your finish looking brilliant, makes washing your car much easier, and significantly extends the life of any wrap underneath it. It’s not just for cars either. We can apply ceramic coating to outdoor furniture, marine surfaces, and more.
Do you serve customers outside of Fort Myers?
Absolutely. We work with clients from all over Southwest Florida, including Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, and surrounding areas. Whether you’re coming to us for window tinting, a color change wrap, paint protection film, business branding, or anything else we offer, you’re welcome here. Give us a call or stop by the shop and we’ll take great care of you.
What makes Black Optix Tint different from other wrap shops in Southwest Florida?
We’re the only wrap shop in Southwest Florida with the 3M Preferred Color Change Wrap Installer certification. There are only nine of those certifications in all of Florida, and we have one of them. Beyond that, our designer Madison works directly with every client through the entire design process, so you’re never handed off to someone who doesn’t know your project. We also invest heavily in continuing education for our whole team, because we believe the standard of work we deliver is a direct reflection of the knowledge behind it.
Can my vehicle wrap be removed without damaging the paint?
Yes, and that’s actually something we’re very intentional about. We use a semi-permanent adhesive on all of our wraps so that when you’re ready to remove it, whether you’re selling the vehicle, rebranding, or just ready for a change, the wrap comes off cleanly without leaving adhesive behind or damaging your paint. A lot of budget wrap shops use permanent adhesive, which can be a real problem down the road.
